Questions & Answers
When do the benefits start?
On the same day you join! Your FIRST month is FREE! You will get a free private comprehensive eye exam, including all the health scans. Plus you will get your exclusive discount on any spectacles and/or hearing aids.
Can I cancel?
Yes, I don’t want you to be a member if you don’t think your vision and hearing is worth it!
Once you join you have a full 28 days to think it through. If whatever reason you decide it’s not for you just let us know and we will cancel your membership and refund your first month’s payment if it has been taken. Any discounts/benefits you received in your first month would then simply need to be paid for at the normal price.
How long do I join for?
It’s for a minimum of 6 months but you can cancel in the first month if you change your mind.
What’s the accidental damage cover all about?
This takes the worry away about having accidents with your new glasses. Any spectacles under two years old, bought when you are a member, will be replaced with a complete new pair to the same value as the original. There is only a small excess of 25%. So if your new glasses were £100 you would only pay £25 for the same brand new pair.
I’ve seen everything from people sitting on their glasses, standing on them, running them over to their dog chewing them like a bone! This accidental damage cover is a nice little bonus.
